Our
beautifully appointed cottages lie within 70 acres of
private woodland and meadows, close to dog-friendly
beaches and the Coastal Pathway. You are welcome to
explore the woodland walks either on foot or horseback.
Exercise your dog or the kids through lovely woodland
walks on your doorstep. We keep a breeding herd of
Alpacas in adjacent meadows, so there are always adult
and young Alpacas (known as Cria) to see. |

Amongst the many other
animals are a small breeding herd of Kune Kune pigs,
sheep and goats. We also keep and breed a large flock of
Orpington chickens and quail. These provide fresh
free-range eggs for our guests to purchase. The A39,
Atlantic Highway, is only half a mile away, giving easy
access to the towns, villages and charming fishing
harbours of North Cornwall and North Devon. |

It is the
perfect location to enjoy all the West Country has to
offer, with horse riding, surfing, golfing, fishing,
touring, coastal path walks and the moors on your
doorstep (Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and Exmoor). Horse livery
is available and well-behaved dogs are always welcome.
Whether you are looking for early or late season short
breaks, weekly bookings or simply weekends, please call
