1:
ACCURACY OF DESCRIPTIONS
All descriptions are given in good faith and
in the belief that they are true.
2:
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of the
holiday payment is payable 6 weeks in
advance to Lyn Willoughby. If the balance is
not received within 6 weeks of the
commencement of the holiday then this may be
taken to mean that the holiday has been
cancelled. In such a case we will endeavour
to contact you to confirm, re-let where
possible and send you a refund.
3:CANCELLATION
Once a booking is
confirmed, the holidaymaker is liable for
the balance of the rent for a holiday
property. We must be notified in writing
immediately of any cancellation, and will
endeavour to re let the accommodation, and
if successful the holidaymaker will be
refunded. Please give as much notice as
possible. If we are unable to re-let the
accommodation at a full rate then the
holiday makers' refund will alter
accordingly. Each week booked will be booked
as a separate booking for the purpose of
this clause.
4:
In no circumstances can the period booked be
exceeded and the number of persons shall not
exceed the number stated in the brochure or
on the website. Once booked only the party
agreed to when booking your holiday have
access, unless an arrangement is made
previously with the owners . The right of
entry is reserved during reasonable hours
for inspection and repairs deemed necessary.
5:
The tenant of a holiday home undertakes to
keep the premises and effects in the same
state of repair and shall pay the owner the
value of any damages or loss to the
premises, fittings and effects other than
reasonable wear and tear, and leave the
premises in the same condition of
cleanliness and general order in which it
was found.
6:
The holiday maker promises to reimburse us
for any bank charges losses reasonably
sustained due to cheques being either
represented or dishonoured.
7:
COMPLAINTS
If you have a
complaint then please contact us on the
telephone numbers shown on this site. Please
remember that outgoing holiday makers do not
always report damaged equipment, and we will
repair or replace as soon as possible.
Please note that all descriptions are
general and not absolute.
8:
The holiday maker accepts that where mention
is made of local amenities such as pubs,
shops, and clubs etc that these types of
amenities are a guide to what is available
in the locality and that these amenities may
vary In detail from those mentioned or be
closed or no longer in operation when the
holiday maker arrives.
9:
GENERAL & BASIS OF OCCUPATION
The accommodation is
for use as a holiday home only, there is no
right to remain in the accommodation alter
the holiday. The holiday maker promises to
adhere to our arrival and departure times as
notified on the directions. The person
booking the holiday booking will remain
responsible for the members of their party
and should make sure they are aware of the
booking conditions and that they meet the
obligations arising there from in every way.
If the booking conditions are contravened in
any way we may refuse the right of entry to
the property and no money will be refunded.
10:
We have the right to require a £40 deposit
against breakage's, cleaning or damage
regardless of whether or not it is mentioned
in the description, the deposit to be
applied against such costs but any balance
will be refunded at the end of the holiday
or within 7 days.
11:
A booking is only deemed to have been
contracted when full payment has been banked
and a receipt confirming the booking is sent
to you. Any receipt sent in error (giving
incorrect details) is invalid for these
purposes. Any previous action is tentative
booking and not legally binding on any
party.
12: Bookings can only be made by
means of a booking form. Which will be sent
to you upon receipt of your deposit. In the
case of a person under 18 years of age, the
booking form should be signed by a parent or
guardian. Any dispute between the parties
involved in the contract shall be settled
according to English law.
13:
No clause in these conditions exclude the
holiday makers rights under the "Unfair
Contracts Terms Act .The holiday maker
realises that there may be some
imperfections in the holiday house (as there
is in all houses), but realise that they may
not be central to the enjoyment of a
holiday. |
